Participant photo publication rules

Licence
The submitter confirms they can grant Mira Atelier a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish approved images in the relevant workshop story on the website, including technical cropping, resizing and compression. The author retains their rights.
Social-media publication requires separate optional consent. Refusing it does not affect workshop participation or website publication. These rules are administered by Mira Martyna Feter, trading as Mira Atelier; contact: mira@mira-atelier.com.
People in photographs
The submitter should have permission from the people shown to share and publish the image. Material involving a minor requires a declaration from an authorised guardian. Mira may decline publication. A licence from the author does not replace any required permission from a person shown.
Moderation and removal
A submitted photograph is not public before approval. Pending images remain for review; rejected files are removed 30 days after rejection. A private management link allows a removal request: publication stops immediately, and the file is removed from the active library within 24 hours. A person shown may also request removal or report an infringement at mira@mira-atelier.com.
The licence ends for further use after an effective removal request, except for copies necessary to demonstrate consent or address claims without public disclosure. Data in protected backups follow the rotation described in the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
Submitting a photo or consenting to publication is not a condition of participation. The photo submission link has no upload window limited by the workshop date. Protect your private photo-management link and do not publish it.
