Booking a place
The occurrence description states the programme, tutor, venue, date, times, price, included materials, level and participation limits. The purchaser supplies each participant’s name.
A place is confirmed after payment of the full price or required deposit. Cash bookings require administrative acceptance within the period stated in the order. A missed balance deadline may lead to the steps described in the offer, but a deposit-secured place is not automatically released without contact.
Participants and safety
Participants follow safety instructions and rules for tools, materials and kiln work, and communicate relevant organisational needs without providing unnecessary medical information.
If an occurrence admits minors, the purchaser confirms guardian authority and the conditions stated for the event. The system does not collect dates of birth.
Changes and cancellation
If the organiser cancels a workshop, the customer can choose a refund or, by mutual agreement, another date. Material changes to the date, location or programme are communicated by e-mail.
Any additional customer cancellation, place-transfer or deposit settlement conditions disclosed in the offer before purchase do not restrict statutory rights. Contact the organiser to discuss a booking change.
Right of withdrawal
A statutory withdrawal exclusion may apply to leisure, entertainment or cultural services provided on a specified day. It applies only where the particular workshop actually meets the legal conditions and the exclusion was clearly disclosed before purchase.
Where no exclusion applies, consumers retain their statutory withdrawal right. The offer cannot automatically exclude this right for every workshop.
Passes and attendance
Each participant receives an individual QR code containing a random pass identifier, without a plain-text name or e-mail in the code itself. It is used to confirm attendance and should not be shared. If lost, the purchaser should promptly request revocation. Scanning it again does not authorise another admission using the same pass.
